The concept of “self” or “you” is completely dependent on personal experiences and not really anything physical. The “two-you’s” from split brain is simply consciousness and subconsciousness. Both can have their own experiences, and the combination of that makes you “you”.
Thus the answer to your question is simply: I am me.
The split brain video makes a few assumptions, but anyone would be weirded out if they actually saw their subconscious mind. Otherwise it would not be subconscious.
